In January 2018, Yoshihisa "Kowloon" Kurosawa finally broke his silence on the development of the game to the South China Morning Post. Once Tong Shau Ping has been defeated, the game is repeated until Chin dies. The player controls Chin, who shoots and evade the Chinese populace and police officers, moving downwards as seen from the top of the screen. Meanwhile, the government of the People's Republic of China attempt to revive the deceased Tong Shau Ping through a secret project as an "ultimate weapon". The Hongkong government deploys, Chin, a relative of Bruce Lee, to kill the entire population of the People's Republic of China. The year is 1997, and British Hongkong is transferred to the People's Republic of China, causing increased crime rates because of increasing migration from the People's Republic of China.
